On most weekends (when its not freezing), I can be found cruising thru the quiet north shore towns and along its beautiful coastline. I do 3-5 charity bike rides per year as part of my giving back to the community and I am always begging folks to join me on these charity rides. I absolutely LOVE to training new cyclist to do their first 100-mile bike ride and I am always looking for new "candidates (aka victims)". Leslie Blangiforti

As a result she went on to make a career out of her passion and gained certifications in both personal training and group fitness coaching. She and her staff strive to improve the fitness level of each member, regardless of age, skill, or limitations.

Her favorite formats to teach are Cardio Kickboxing, Contact Boxing, Spin, Sport specific Conditioning, Strength Training, and Bootcamp style classes. Through the union of these specialties, she is able to keep her clients sweating, smiling and walking away feeling like they gave it their best!. After all, Improvement is Empowering!
